Registration for Cape Cod Doggy Day Care
 

One yearly Farm Membership fee of $25.00 dollars gets a $20 daily flat rate, except for weekends and holidays ($25.00). Overnight boarding is $25, except holidays ($40.00). Half day is $15.00 .

A runner’s fee will be charged in the event we need to purchase food for your dog, or visit the Vet office. All charges are due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Yearly membership to Hawks Wing Farm entitles you to receive:
- $10 off monthly day care rate
- Unlimited visitation to the farm
- Cape Cod Doggy Daycare quarterly newsletter
- Although we always food here at the farm, we ask that owners bring their own food for their dogs as diets may vary.

Requirements for daycare and overnight boarding:
- Entrance interview
- Dogs must be over 3 months old
- Any dog over 6 months old must be spayed/neutered
- All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:
- Rabies
- Bordatella
- DHLPPC
- A current negative fecal
- All dogs must be on some type of flea/tick maintenance program
